    welcome silverfox :)

    I know it's not easy admitting to yourself even that u have mental health problems so massive well done on that. hopefully now u will get on track to getting better :) I have severe depression complicated with early menopause and anxiety disorder, others on this thread have spoken about their mental health issues too so u know ur not alone! some days I struggle to get up and others the problem is going to bed so it's just about taking things one day at a time and doing what you can! I hope u find the thread useful :)

    my goals for today are:

    to drink plenty of water
    to cancel appointments for this week
    and to tell the norovirus I have to sod off lol!

    am such a bad patient I'm wondering what I can do from bed today :(

    Everyone else's lists are far more interesting than mine, but my steps for tomorrow are.

    Hi trying.. I wouldn' say that about your lists, I find everyone's lists interesting and motivating, so always post what you are up to :j
    we like to hear what you are achieving!
    1) Learn songs for Friday nights jam Done! Shame the Guitarist didn't
    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    This made me laugh so much, really sorry about ur guitarist though, it probably wasn't very funny at the time.
    Been a bit poorly since yesterday morning - woke up feeling decidedly 'odd' and by 8pm i was in bed feeling rotten :( migraine meds taken at 5am and feeling a good bit better but going to take it easy i think today.

    I know this is a while ago but I wanted to see how you are doing Fairy? :)

    I am sorry for once again not coming and stepping, I miss it when I am gone but then I know how much I am going to have to catch up on so I put off coming back :eek:
    Silly me!

    I will be popping back this evening after I have caught up to pop some steps on :D
    Don't turn a slip up into a give up:D
