  • thanks I'm feeling much better,
still feel a bit tired but today I managed to put together my research task and copy the links and resources I used in my bibliography.
I only have one question left to do, which is the hardest question I've ever had to do. I'm not looking forward to writing that one up.

Also, I've started to create a Monthly to do list. I was watching "Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners" and it inspired me
to take a little more pride in my room. Until that show I've never cleaned my window seal (?) I thought I'd better as my bed is by the window and I thought it may improve my health a little more.

LOL Charleybear, I saw that too and it had a similar effect on me. I feel as though I'm sort of half way on the scale, but I felt really messy after watching that!!!!!!:rotfl:

  • Evening everyone :)

Well I think my automatic email updates for this thread have stopped working..... I thought "it's all very quiet" then logged on and found lots of comments! Technology eh.....

Fairy - how are you feeling now?

Charleybear - please send some of your cleaning inspiration over to me!

There's no escape from the letters for me this week it seems; I spoke to Natwest and apparently they HAVE accepted the DMP offer, the letter was because one department hasn't sent the details to another. Grrrr. Anyhow, I sent that off to CAP and then yesterday had a letter from HSBC asking me to pay back £720 of my £1800 overdraft within the next month. Hmmm, if I had £720 spare then I wouldn't need to go on a DMP, would I?! So that went off to CAP today too.

Still no decision on the caravan - you are all right, I should just but the bullet and do it - but I will really miss my little flat (if not the crappy storage heaters!)

One of my colleagues has gone on long term sick leave, I feel very sorry for him, BUT it has made the MD about 100 times more appreciative of what I do - hurrah! And IT have at long last given me a new laptop which is much much better than the old one, I think that was hamster powered.....

Hope you are all well and keeping toasty warm!! xxx
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j

Good morning everyone, Well I eventually bit the biscuit and started my own business yesterday so hopefully things on the money front will become better but I know that it will take time. The first three days of this week have really been taken up with course work, lectures and sorting things for the business.

My small steps list for today
    Catch up with emails:)
Set up an email account for the business
    Do 3 loads of washing:)
Put ironed clothes away as currently sitting around the living room adn bedroom in small piles
Take 2 little ones to the local toddler group:)
Do paid work that is in for today:)
Do course work that is in for today:)
    Do college homework for tomorrow:)
Check bank & move money around - pay the rent:)
    Catch up with the thread:)
Do a post on FB business page
Finish knitting the head for the teddy that I am making

I think that is everything for today, Hope everyone has a good Thursday, Hugs to those that/want them x
  • OOOOh well done MMM :) hope the business goes really well for you! xxx

Ruby i'm starting to feel a bit more like myself thanks, was at the psychiatrists this morning and she is thinking i need my meds changed, but have an HRT appointment in 2 weeks and they are likely to increase that so she doesn't want too many changes at once going on......have to say am dreading the thought of changing meds cos the withdrawal symptoms are horrendous :(

PS have you thought about going for a wee holiday to the caravan for a couple of days? might give you an idea of what it would be like!

glad work is a lot better for you

I'm doing very little still so hope to start stepping again tomorrow :)

  • Done today:
Spoken to my tutor about a task that I didn't understand
Asked my mum what I should do concerning my acne skin creams as one was causing my skin to unbearably burn and sting when I used it, so going to try a different method.
Brought my dad another christmas present
Made a list of the people I need to buy christmas presents for
Finally put my tablet on charge

Not much productive steps but still.

    Tomorrow:
    - dirty clothes in washing basket
    - take rubbish out
    - dirty cups downstairs
    - meeting with my college councillor
    - take headphones back
    - put clean washing away
