What a week! And so much to do this weekend! I got my application done and sent in in time and was offered an interview on Wednesday. I took time out of class on Wednesday for my interview and went straight back into class afterwards. Not the most relaxed day of my life! I didn't get the job i interviewed for but I was asked to stay on in the role I'm doing on a school contract rather than supply until the summer :-)
So this weekend (I'm going to keep posting a few little steps as I've so much to do its overwhelming!)
-4 loads of washing 3rd currently in the machine
-help mum take maypole down to church done
-help mum with crafty order done
-order stickers done
-strip bed done
-numeracy planning
-print extra time table labels
-letter cards and pegs for washing lines
-create happy/sad boards
That will do for now. And I'll be back later with more steps

Hi everyone
It feels like I haven't positive stepped for AGES! But I have been keeping an eye on the boards and I hope all you lovely people are well? Fairy - a massive congratulations on being debt free!!!
Things are ok with me, no new job on the horizon yet but horrible manager is being much nicer to me since I returned from sick leave. I spent all day yesterday in hospital with a colleague who had been taken ill (I'm a first aider) so perhaps my manager is finally realising that I will help with things when I can?! Hey ho.
On the money saving front, everything was progressing along ok (apart from the usual default notices, which I was told to expect anyway) but today I had a letter from Natwest demanding repayment of ALL of my loan as I hadn't been making payments to them. I'm really upset and frustrated about this as firstly I have been making payments - all my monthly payments have been made as planned to CAP Money since July - and secondly when this issue first arose a month ago CAP told me they would be on to Natwest and make sure it was sorted out. Aaarrrgghhh. And of course both CAP and Natwest are closed till Monday.....
I don't think there's a lot Natwest can do if I refer them back to CAP but nevertheless it seems like another setbackas far as I can gather from last time, it wasn't that Natwest weren't accepting the repayment, it was that CAP had quoted the wrong figure in their offer letter. Hopefully no big deal but annoying with Christmas drawing in, repairs needed on the car and me having to put the heating on tonight as it's so cold (only one storage heater, the one in the bedroom, but one more than I wanted to!).
Rant rant grrrrr. I still haven't made my mind up about moving to the caravan but I think this might force my hand!!
Hope you are all having a better weekend than me! xxxFinally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -

Hi Ruby, good to see you on here. I still think the caravan is a good idea. Short term effect with long term happy solutions for you if you think you can do it. I am sure you will look back on it in the future and see that it was a worthwhile decision. Hope that helps. Let us know what you finally decide!
Sorry to hear about Natwest, don't stress, CAP will sort it out for you. I hope it gets sorted soon though.
And good to hear that relations with the boss maybe on the positive up, hooray! :jcharleybear wrote: »Things I've done today:
