The letter is a parking charge notice and has the BPA logo. The only other company mentioned is G24 Ltd which the money is supposed to be paid to.

The car park is free with a time limit that you cannot extend.

So Google them and the words 'parking ticket ignore' or similar. Like I said before.

And search this forum about them. The search button for this parking forum is just above the thread lists on this view, on the right:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163

How about searching G24 as a keyword? Loads and loads of threads about G24 who are the scammers who issued that fake PCN.

Happy reading. We know the fake PCN has a BPA logo, they all do if the company happens to be a member of that old boys' club. Means nowt.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So if its a free car park how can they argue you cost them £60.

    Think about it..............

    Hooray, finaly got somewhere :)

The reason whi i asked about the time limit/free/pay and siaply is that they can only go after you for a genuine loss, if its a pay and display car park the loss would be the p&D fee for the time you went over by, if its free the loss is zero.
    no loss = no fee.

ignore them, and look for posts by someone called sodG24 who has expierince with this bunch of chancers.

    Royalty did, yes!:p

"The appellation "Groom of the Stool"; derived from the item of furniture now known as a commode or portable lavatory[3] (Old English & Norse Stol or Stoll meaning a chair),[4] was in the earliest times a male servant in the household of an English monarch who was in charge of providing at all times adequate and seemly facilities for the monarch's natural bodily function of excretion or defecation, and indeed assisted in the facilitating of his bodily functions and in his cleansing or washing thereafter."

    BAM ...... I'm here :D !!!!

    Seasons Greetings to everyone :T

    To the OP :

Note my username ;) I've ignored two sets of invoices from them.

Just to you know what a scummy lowlife company they are they broke their contract with Nominet ( the people who control the internet domain names ) by supplying an address with a PO Box number. This was against the contract they entered into. When challenged they provided a false address. It was only when Nominet threatened to take away their domain name g24.co.uk that they supplied a proper real address.

Look at your invoice - I bet it doesn't show the VAT ? They provide a service and so VAT should be shown but it isn't. That's because they are tax evaders as well.

Such lovely people at G24 - scum and scammers. Ignore them.
All aboard the Gus Bus !
