Lol, which part is difficult or unreasonable? Expecting a quick delivery to make up for the guaranteed delivery date failure or paying the current price? You're ridiculous.

No, I'm realistic. In the first response you were given excellent advice, solving the problem and saving you money, instead you have tried to create a drama where there really is not one. Stop moaning and use the solution given earlier in this thread. Problem solved.

No, the problem isnt solved. My partner has still gone without. Ive still lost a days pay waiting for it. If I reorder I have to pay for delivery or wait a minimum of 7 days for delivery. Ever hear of service? I think you must be on the wind up.

Yes, and it appears they have tried to remedy the situation, but you continue to be unreasonable.

You have said that you will not use them again, so why are you still moaning, what do you want them to do for someone that does not want to be their customer?

Take your business elsewhere, if that makes you happy. But don't think your story will put others off using Rubber Sole - it is you that comes across as difficult, not them.

Youre a total joke. Id quite happily be their customer if they provided free express delivery by way of apology for spoiling my partners day and charged me the current price. Love to know how they tried to remedy the situation in your eyes.

Difficult? Unreasonable? Yeah totally. I only lost a days pay and disappointed someone I care for on Christmas day. Im so unreasonable.

I'm confused. if you never received the goods why are you having to re-order? Surely you need to wait for the original order which is no doubt with a courier service or cancel it!

It was guaranteed for Christmas and I think it has been classed as lost after 2 weeks.

Well I won't be dealing with this company after your story OP. I don't see how anyone can defend the company lying repeatedly to him/her especially when the item was described specifically as available for delivery before Christmas.

At last someone who can appreciate why I am so upset.

This is exactly what they told me

"your parcel will be out for delivery today and certainly no later than this afternoon the 24th December. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused."

Ive accepted mistakes happen but to compound this by failing to offer any goodwill by expecting me to pay full price at a time when they are not full price items just takes the biscuit. I would and did pay full price for Christmas but post Christmas sale goods? Come on.

Uggs. They were a special treat.
