Hi WWDIT, It is rare but your BR could be refused if you have not sought advice. (Advice on here does not count, this has to be from one of the Debt Charities, an IP, an Accountant or a Solicitor. The Judge just wants to be sure that you can never come back and try and overturn the order on the basis that you were not aware of all the consequences).

Oh If I've spoken to Stepchange
I have not got a date I'm hoping for February
I've faced some scary situations in my life before but non like this.
I've had debt for decades .. Since I was 18 in fact I'm 51
Last 8 years have been unbearable with it hanging on me like a chain with rocks
Sorry for the rant
