Hi all, newbie here, I have my telephone interview on Wednesday, really nervous, can anyone help me with some questions?

    1. What kind of questions will i be asked at interview
    2. Re income/expenditure - is there any guidelines online as to what the A.I.B allow as acceptable expenditure, or average statistics or something.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice :)

    Hi cb3781  and welcome
It would probably be best for you to post your questions on the main forum you should get lots of advice and help then. Have a look at the stickies at the top of the page as well there is lots of information in them which may answer some of your questions.

Good luck, everyone here has been through the same process as you so they'll give you lots of support and as much help as you need.

For anyone based in Scotland, the Accountant in Bankruptcy has recently published a paper entitled “Surplus Income Calculation for Income Payment Agreements (IPA)”
It gives CCCS budget guidelines and CFS trigger figures and may be helpful for anyone filling in their income and expenditure forms
It’s available on the AiB website at http://www.aib.gov.uk/publications/surplus-income-calculation-income-payment-agreements-ipa

This will help a post by hattybee, however these are guidelines for the OR of what is acceptable on our SOA's and not really for us. Please don’t put exactly the same figures as the OR will smell and rat and go through your SOA, with a fine tooth comb. If your expenses are higher than the figures below and as long as you have all receipts these may then be accepted.

    Best wishes
