How are you going to make chicken soup Monday from leftover Sunday dinner when you say you are having sandwiches and salad on Sunday? Or do you mean from leftover Sunday dinner which you already have in the freezer?

I'd like to join. I'm thoroughly crap at sticking with challenges, but I already meal plan. I'll confess now though... I hate it. I need to, both for budgeting purposes and because it raises stress levels when I don't, but I hate the actual making the plans bit
This is also going to be a tough time for me as I am entering into negotiations with my eldest DD (Squish) over meals/eating, so my plans will have to change somewhat I think.
I plan a month in advance as I do all my shopping at the beginning of our credit card month (statement generated on the 6th working day of the month), and then top up with weekly shops of fresh stuff etc. So my first month will be 10th Jan - 9th Feb. But I need to sort out something until then cuz my plans went out of the window in Dec and the food budget has suffered noticeably for it.
This morning, after washing the sprogs hair, I shall sit down with Squish and go through our usual meals and report back.Rule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.
