    Thanksfor the idea Any, I've just made four pastryless cheese, tomato, mushroom and onion quiches for lunch. I won't eat all four of them! :D

    We have been eating pastryless quiche ever since I found an 'impossible quiche' recipe online as we all prefer the crustless version.
    I found various recipes just by searching for 'impossible quiche'.
