    Its the unopened ones that make me laugh, especially when they are accompanied by a heart rending story about a broken relationship.

    The subtle suggestion that it could be something expensive such as jewellery or perfume, and not just a piece of tat from the poundshop, honest.

    Mine get given to a charity raffle or tombola, sometime in the new year, really couldnt be bothered with ebay to be honest.

    They ought to have a free BIN option for private sellers on Christmas day, so they can list unwanted presents on BIN, and people who have forgotten someone's present can see what's available locally, then go pick it up!

    I think that this might be a thieves dream setup.
    Imagine all those new items that you could sell for cash and all you would need to do is to state that they were unwanted pressies.

    They are also 'mystery' items, which are not permitted for sale on ebay at all.
