It's a fact of life that if someone is unhappy, they'll complain - loudly, publicly and to as many different people and on as many websites they can find.

Point 1 - What exactly is an entitled attitude? Is it, perhaps, the sort of attitude you have when you hand over money in exchange for goods? Feeling entitled to those goods you ordered and paid for? If so, I can't see the problem.
