COT, my docs in Penarth has an online booking system. Fab for non emergency appointments. You should see if your surgery has this service.

because of ambrosia rice pot some cereals were 32p a pack including 72 weetabix . still got frosties and coco pops . good times!

Good morning all!

I can't believe how dark it is during the day at the moment, but at least it's mild. I was dreading winter this year after the last two, but so far so good, and the days are getting longer now.

Wishing everyone a good day today, a lovely glitch or two would be nice, and hoping for a better day for all who are feeling sad or poorly. Let's get out there and make it a good one.
