Think we now have too many DMs on the thread (or a least too many people trying to do a DM).Morning everyone:) working and lurking today.Their were some strange goings on last night so a little dickie bird says;)What did I miss?:rotfl:And it's flipping freezing here this morning:(
I skim read the night shift and looks like a few people tried to emulate the great man, I think only 3dogs succeeded though!!0 -
Can anyone on the day shift help please?
I got several whoosies at T's last night but the extra discount didn't come off (e.g. chicken originally £3 or 2 for £4 reduced to 1.49 - I would have expected an extra £2 off when i bought 2)
Is this glitch on on reduced items that were originally 2 for 7, 3 for 10?
Or possibly because i used a hand held scanner rather than SA or SS? Weirdly the scanner showed them as being on offer but it didn't show after it transferred to the till...
And just to make it worse I forgot to use a coupon for my fabreze :eek:There comes a time in every woman's life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne ... Bette Davis0 -

I've only managed whoopsies at Mr T's twice - first time party food that was on 2 for £4 and the discount didn't come off the whoopsies items.
Second time was whoopsied chicken breasts - full price 3 for £10, the discount came off the whoopsied price.
Seems to work on some but not others. HTH2 years since my OH gave up smoking - total saving approx £5475!!!! :T0 -

I do try to see the funny side of most things on the Elite thread as we have some hilarious people posting here.
That is, unless I am being grumpy (which, believe it or not, I actually can be sometimes)..
;)
if it had kept up you could have been GJ :rotfl: When The Fun Stops Stop

That has never worked
Only on double discounts .i.e 2 for £7 , 3 for £10 or 2 for £5 , 4 for £80 -

Thanks - that saves me trying again
or at least on 'expensive' whoopsies anyway
