Good morning everybody, I hope you are well and have a great Wednesday. Happy shopping.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

Good morning :) of to have a catchup as I was out last night at my widowed group meeting .We have it once a month and put a programme together for the month of nice things we can do . I helped start the group with a friend 8 years ago and it has helped a lot of ladies who lost their DH like myself create a new group of friend with new found interests.:T

    Morning
Looks like a lot of us not sleeping very well at the moment, it's all I can do to drag myself out of bed in the morning because of it and then I'm falling asleep watching tv once DS has gone to bed but the moment I get into bed I'm wide awake
I have started training myself to get to bed before 11pm ( night 3) but even then I'm awake for hours, last night sometime after 1, night before after 2 and night before that after 1. The weekend before I was still awake after 3  but that was due to helicopters and police sirens, which have still been going on this week :(
Got to run do school run then maybe a wee kip on the sofa before doing any work :o

Right I have got to get to bed earlier for a few nights - don't drink or smoke but feel awful. That crowd on late at night keep me up:D

    Good morning all :)

COT, my docs in Penarth has an online booking system. Fab for non emergency appointments. You should see if your surgery has this service.

Albert rd or Redlands rd ?

I'm up the health centre and they don't have an online booking system, they don't actually like giving appointments :rotfl:
The emergency appointments are 48hrs

I was only kidding about going up for sleepies anyway ;)
