Another measly 3 hours sleep

Might go to the docs and ask for some sleeping tablets
I handed in a request for some diazapam the other day but will probably have to make an appointment to get them, so that will be a 3 week wait

I think they should have a doctor on standby for me :rotfl:

Morning cot, I'm on the dreaded sleeping pills :-( yet I still wake .. Crazy , would love just to have a decent full nights sleep .. Just for once , well , every night , it sucks doesn't it , diazepam is good , I'm on that too , but , again , I still wake ... Hood luck in getting an appointment xs
