its good stuff but strong so i never put my hands in it. I now use colour catchers in every wash ( made by Dylon I think) and they work like a dream.

Snap rose i use these nearly every wash and so does DS :)

Just a quick one from me before I settle down to watch dancing on ice :D.

Got DTD on Frozen Planet - the complete series (3 discs). OOD SEL from 26th Dec, definitely worth looking at the SELS, this one was on the bottom shelf and I really had to squint to see the small print ;). Have a nice evening everyone xxx

    Evening all

I ended up spending my afternoon traipsing round bleeding shoe shops! My DS waited until 1pm today to tell me he had lost his school shoes at the end of last term:mad:. back at school tomorrow and they're very strict about uniform and stuff, so we had to go for a new pair.....4 shops later we finally found a suitable pair:mad:

76rosie well done on your good deed and so nice that the lady's son took the time to thank you:T

  • Thank you, I hope you're doing ok, so sorry you've lost your friend.

My great aunt has her card written for her local little corner shop to put up when she dies. It goes something like this

    Mrs xxxxxx has died.
I send all my love to those who were friends to me and my family but i'm with my beloved husband and so happy to be there. Do not mourn for me I'm where I want to be, instead be there for those I have left they will need your love and kind words.
I thank you all for what you have given me and wish you all the best in this life and the next, until we meet again.
    All my love
    Xxxxx

She's a barmy old bird and made the girls in the shop laugh when she went in with this. They thought it was a joke but she said 'I don't want them to write just anything about me so done it myself that way I know it's done right!' :rotfl: this was written about 10 years ago and everyone has a copy by now just incase the shop is taken over and her note gets lost. She wants to be sure her words get out to those who matter.

plz dont take this the wrong way but this had made me chucckle so much as my gr8t gran always ust to say dnt cry for the dead they cant hear you  :rotfl:
