Visited Tosco today armed with MOC's, 1st time ever using MOC's in Tosco.
Had printed various MOCS from supersavvy, none of which stated only 1 per transaction and had duplicate MOC's on certain items. Only bought one of each product but presented duplicates of the MOC's to SA, "sorry I can only take 1 per purchase" I replied the coupon doesn't state 1 per transaction, along come trout, "1 per purchase" I repeated that the coupons didn't specify 1 per transaction. Trout claimed she could prove company policy and removed a card from her pocket. Trout read card and then put it back in her pocket and trotted off to fetch manager. Manager said "1 per purchase and you must purchase the item. I replied that I had purchased the item and these were tosco coupons, none of which specified 1 per product or 1 per transaction. Manager said to SA take the vouchers and went off muttering about ringing head office to tell them not to produce MOC's without the 1 per transaction condition.
As a newbie to all of this MOC's and APG's and glitches, should I contact Tosco head office and complain about the treatment I received given that the the people in the queue were muttering about rules being rules and getting agitated with me for keeping them waiting.
Love the thread by the way.

Nope, take it on the chin and chalk it up to experience. Couponing is a game, its as simple as that. Coupons are not designed for us to walk in with handfuls to get our shopping down to pence.......its a gift when we manage to do it.

You said you were new at it. Learn to pick your SA's a little more wisely!! ;)

Evening all, hope everyone is well.

Having major broadband issues, connection has completely died, OH has spent 2 days on phone with Sky and still nothing.

In total desparation had to go out and buy a "prepaid internet dongle" so have to be sparing with my connections. Kids are demented because all their gadgets hang off the wifi, so its all a bit fraught, but just needed a catch up so will be reading back and getting a fix. If I don't post anymore tonight hope everyone has a good evening.

Does this happen every year then? I'd only just started when it came up the last time, it was my first mr shoes glitch! Hammered the always one a bit lol!

I thought it was the No7 one again. Didn't realise it was soltan. The No7 was on 6 4 1 before the last soltan glitch:)
