And as the OP was going to Tesco at first anyway i really dont get why she gave it a jump up with joy icon as she is no better off and had to buy a load of crap to get to 8 items.Iamsohappy wrote: »I think 10% in the apg is worth it

Londinium you are missing the point. When there are mega offers elsewhere frequently you can't get them, there are great big spaces where they should be. Sometimes they are discontinued in T but still comparing on MySuperMarket, enabling you to stroll into A, calmy take what you want, and get the difference plus 10% back.
As for 'crap', I tend to buy staples that we eat anyway - beans, chopped toms, onions, bread etc. Sometimes I end up with a stock in the cellar of canned stuff we use anyway, then when there is no glitches for a week or so we use the stock. Makes sense to me
If I had a pound for every pound I'd lost, I'd be confused0 -

Got to be in it to win it I suppose.
More effort needed on my part once I have made some sort of impression on this freezer.
Ah yes, the other part of whoopsying.......actually eating what you buy! Yeah I kinda struggle with that one too! It's like a drug though and if I don't need whoopsies then the only way I wont actually buy them is if I don't go to the store!!!
Most of yesterdays wasn't for me anyway, I just had a few oddments. I think my freezer would have popped its fuse if it saw me walk in the house with that lot! :rotfl:0 -
