Evening all, hope everyone is well.
Having major broadband issues, connection has completely died, OH has spent 2 days on phone with Sky and still nothing.
In total desparation had to go out and buy a "prepaid internet dongle" so have to be sparing with my connections. Kids are demented because all their gadgets hang off the wifi, so its all a bit fraught, but just needed a catch up so will be reading back and getting a fix. If I don't post anymore tonight hope everyone has a good evening.
Had to go to a mates house and argue with sky about no broadband as she had been on twice with them and ended in tears both times as all she got was everything fine our end so if its anything to do with you £165 or so once the engineer comes out.
Long story but they only pay up to your first socket.
My argument was their lead was plugged into their main socket which was plugged into their router which was plugged into her computer/my laptop and nothing therefore how could it be down to her.
Eventually came around to my way of thinking sent someone out and it was the line into the house hence some interferance on callsWhen The Fun Stops Stop0 -

Can you hear interferance when you pick your phone up/ or maybe make a call can not remember 100%. If so thats the problem the line into your house.

Phone is working fine, no interference at all. The router is flashing and looks like it is connecting then drops connection within seconds. OH dismantled the BT main socket box and tried through the tester connector and we have run the sky router recovery tool but still the same. Sky are running "logs" on the connection but not holding out much hope, OH reckons we need a new router so hopefully they will agree and post one but it will be well into next week before it arrives.0 -

I got a couple of wombles from T's today, it's such a pain in the bum having to wait so long though....those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

I gave up with using batteries in ts target shops! As they don't use msm to compare tgrough they tend to not notice them as being sold anywhere else and probably classify them as electrical items
Coupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D
:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j
:money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.790
