Had my OU fees go out today, and the phone bill, and Virgin Media. 20 days until pay day and the bank balance is looking a bit worse for wear!!!

On the brightside it is mine and OH's 3 year anniversary tomorrow! We have decided to try out a new restaurant that we have wanted to go to for ages but just didn't have an excuse!
  • Can I come back:o

Life took a serious nose dive last year, struggled big time to keep thing going:( The only thing that kept me sane was the odd lurk on the board and working to get rid of my debt.

    £0 / £2500
:j I am out of this mess :j

  • Back to work today - shock to the system! Was told I'll be getting reviewed for my very first promotion in 6 months :T

Was quite restrained with my first food shop today - baby steps! I took Spagbols advice a made a chickpea curry, but with spice mixes I was given a while ago, and it worked out quite well!

This month is going so slowly. Why is it not pay day yet?
  • Have paid £327.04 off my barclaycard today and hope to clear the remaining balance when I get paid at the end of the month. Having cleared the bank of Dad at the start of this challenge that will be two debts gone, which is a pretty good start I think!:j
    Totals are as follows:
    #020 £1,412.04/£16,500
Paid off £16,715/£16,550 by Christmas 2013
Now to pay off all remaining debts by Christmas 2014
    Total to pay #041 £7,086.97/£16,500
    Only £9,413.03 to go

Hi S Bol I see some people have put a line through their old total and put a new one - do I do that each time I pay something off or do you update front page and I keep the sig total the same.
