Pay ALL your debt off by Xmas 2013

Hi amr547 - my mum was in a similar position as you with the debt collectors. A guy who lives 1 mile down the road used her address for letters and she kept returning them as "Not at this address" & even wrote the correct address on them but they ignored her. The debt collector turned up on her doorstep and was really friendly and apologised for the inconvenience. I opened one of the letters as I was so cross and rang the people hassling my Mum and threatened them with Trading standards. We haven't heard from them since.
I am sure there are others on here who can help.
thanksi've been returning the letters and writing 'not at this address' but a lot of people haven't bothered to update their records. i only opened this one cos i was getting annoyed :rotfl: they can't just break into my home while i'm out can they???

Phew! Well that's a load off my mind.
We went out shopping yesterday, can't believe how tiring it was !! We have spent FAR TOO MUCH this week so it's gonna be a quiet, hopefully not-much-spending week!
on the upside i am prepared for cold weather!!! i bought some cosy socks, a onesie and even a blanket for the bunnies :rotfl:
hoping the shed arrives soon. my MSE-ing:money: led me to Freec*cle to look for lino and someone kindly donated enough for me to fill out the shed floor!! So that saves me a pretty penny on buying some new from somewhereWe bought some preservative to paint the shed with, it was 2 for £10 so we bought another pot to start painting the fences with as well. They're all different colours... slightly odd. All we need now is a roll of weed guard as we are overrun at the moment!!!
We also discovered sugar soap on Friday. AMAZING! My carpet looks like new :rotfl:0 -
