amr I sympathise. I managed to stop myself looking so much by starting to look at job sites instead... Then I had to replace the job sites with right move again.

thanks spag - I'm definitely going to look at other clubs, I spent £10 on the racquet! My housemate has said she's up for a game some time, but someone suggested a group run by the local council, so I have emailed them for info as well. Most of the other clubs/classes I'm interested in won't start up again until Sept, by which point I will be seriously job hunting, so it would be a bad time to start something new!

Realised today, I'm supposed to be getting a promotion and pay rise sometime in the next few weeks... I have no idea when, or if my head office will get round to doing it!

OMG! Halfway through the year and we are still £1.5k worse off than in January  We have had a lovely holiday and have paid for car insurance for the full year (therefore not paying DD) last month which is included but we'd better get going soon, I want to be down to £35k or even £30k owing by January next year as that is when I will just be on SMP.

DH's new job should start showing good returns soon and we have £800 extra to come in for the next month from having students.

I haven't changed my signature as I don't want to affect the monthly figures :rotfl: but my actual total at the moment is -£1,594/£45000

    :hello: :hello: :hello: Hello everyone

I've had to avoid the forum while I've been doing my OU module the last 4 months otherwise I would never have got anything finished.

Before I start ploughing through the well over 100 pages I must have missed in order to catch up  I hope everyone is OK and generally well and managing to chip away at the money owed figure.

My figure while I've been away from the thread has gone from £275 paid to £725 and I get paid on Monday so I'm planning to get up to over the £1000 paid mark next week.
