had a bit of a meltdown earlier, LL flat out refusing to do any repairs, and i just got myself into such a state, i hate it here etc it was exhausting. looks like we are stuck here though because we can't really afford to move, the fees and deposit would just cripple us.0

Our fees are going to be £240-£350. Don't forget you get your deposit back when you move out, so it's more a layover that you're saving for. Draw out 100 houses on a piece of paper, work out what 1% of the money you need to move equates to, then save and colour as you go (idea stolen from someone on this thread). i dont think we'll get our deposit back, theres a bit of damage but theyll probably say its 600 quids worth :mad:0
