A lot of the stuff still has tags on. I have been really brutal this time though. A few designer bags and a couple of pairs of hardly worn Ugg boots as well as presents I have received and not used.
I might start selling all the jewellery my ex bought me that I didn't want in the first place too. It may sound ungrateful, but he bought me loads of over priced stuff which I would never wear. For example, I wanted tickets to a specific theatre show and he got me a Tiffany necklace instead. I wanted a small bottle of my fav perfume to keep in my work bag and instead he bought me a Gucci ring!
It does sound ungrateful really but I think we spoke different languages. How can, "I would love a new pair of Levi's" sound to him like "please buy me a white gold floating heart with black diamonds in it"??
Wow - I can only dream of Tiffany and Gucci. I am still waiting for my eternity ring from DH (15 years and 2 kids later):rotfl:
To be fair to DH, anything he buys would have to come out of the joint account & we cannot justify the expense.
I did get a £3 bunch of tulips last week though10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0 -

Lol - my fingers were so fat during 'maternity' that no ring would have fitted my sausage fingers. :rotfl:10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0 -

Another few more ebay items paid for today so I have paid another payment on my credit card.
Total now for #11 - £1417.11/£10,224 = 13.86%
Ruthy, I would have loved to get a bunch of flowersThe Tiffany and Gucci things were lovely, but he just didn't listen, and because of that, he spent far too much money on things I didn't want, or need. The theatre where the show I wanted to see was on at was between his house and Tiffany in Bond Street. He would have gone past it to get the necklace :eek::eek: I think this makes me sound like a bit of a spoilt brat, I am far from it. Everthing I own, I bought myself (except for the stupid stuff my ex bought me).
Definitely free listing on ebay today. I have listed another 27 items so far today, and still got loads more to listSPC9 #125 - £816.85

Been a bit rubbish getting on here, but I have £360 to pay off of my CC this month. So gone over my £330 per month for this month, and I get paid on Thursday so will start a new month all over again! I feel like I should find another £40 so that I can make it up to 10%

Have just heard my grandmother passed away last night
I knew she was very ill and so it is in a way a welcome piece of news but it is still terribly sad. I have broken the detox for the day so we can raise a glass of wine to grandma with our dinner (she loved a drink
)
