DD went into our small Boots this morning and picked me up a No7 Ultimate collection for £16.25 and OH has just text me to tell me he has bought one for me too!!! I use this stuff all the time so I am well pleased.He bought me one for Christmas when it was reduced to £30, I was tempted yesterday to buy one at half price I am so glad I waited. I am gobbed smacked at the prices they are selling for on ebay.

Hi to all from llandudno!

Went to vic centre first, lots of people, no pushing, all well behaved! not a lot of stuff, spent £48.
Then onto parc llandudno, more there, should have gone there first!! Quiet too. No s&g in either store. Spent £20.

Swimming costume

Loads of little make up sets, nail stuff.

Having a well a well deserved bogof breakfast in bhs now!!

I posted this earlier,but if you get chance in store please check that all the items are in the bags/boxes you are buying.

The Ted Baker set I bought this morning had 3 items in instead of 4, and last year I bought a no7 and later found it had half the items missing.

Also if you are buying the Betty and Walter manicure sets (now £2), check those as I have seen some with items missing.

Yay!!!!!!!!!! I got to the big Belfast store at 7:55, there was a queue of about 50 people in front of me (the first lady arrived at 7am apparently, mental).

The queue behind me quickly built up in the 5 minutes before the store opened, and then we were in! Ahhh, the excitement!

I got:

Gorjuss water flask £2.50
Zhu Zhu pets hamster £2.50
2x cartoon watches £2.50 each
Pack of ten gorgeous Christmas cards 87p
Champneys distant shores box £2.50
Champneys handwash and hand cream set £2.50
3x Champneys giant pampering facial boxes £6.25 each
6x Sanctuary facial-in-a-box sets £5 each (so pleased as I love their face products)


There was no No7 or S&G but never mind lol. There was a good selection of everything else.


It's all for my gift cupboard except the Sanctuary facial sets which are all mine!!!!!


Some pushing and shoving was to be seen, but most people were very good-natured.


Shame on those who were rude and abusive, and as for the man who snatched the Dora set from one poster's daughter, words fail me. :eek::eek:

I'm not sure if they'll let you do this... returning, yes, but they usually won't sell it back to you.

I agree - check the sets are complete. Just got a make up/ hair spray set and 2 items are missing even though the case it came in was all sealed up (on closer inspection, cello taped).
Anyone know if you can prove this/ get money back?

Don't forget to open your large sets for money off vouchers! I just opened my soap and glory and it has 18 vouchers in for extra points and money off

(only 9 are uk, 9 are ireland lol)
