Wrapping advent calender gifts tonight, nearly done on wrapping main gifts, just need to find a gift box to wrap a pair of vases and a basket for ds christmas eve hamper. December is going to so nice, not having all this to do in a rush. I'll have plenty of time for baking and pre christmas sort out and clean.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

  • Evening everyone,

FEISTY oh my lovely you really dont need this, i would normally say its early days give it time, but if you really are making such a big loss, its not so easy to give it time is it?? Did you contact local paper? Any good? What about any other publicity, did you get anywhere with this? Speak with DH and think realistically how long you can go on like this for, set a date then go in all guns blazing on publicity until the date you have both decided on then decide in your hearts is it worth it or not! At least you will know that you gave it your all if it doesnt work out, i really hope it all works out in the end for you x
CHOCCYMOOSE well done on getting tesco gift card yayy go you!
Ahh i bet you cant wait to see the looks on DSs faces when they open their extra surprises! OMG Indie is absolutely gorgeous, i thought he/she reminded me a bit of Teddy (PINKSTEPS dog)

Thank you Choccymoose I was enquiring thinking about Bunty Boo she's able to read the thread but only posts if her fingers are behaving themselves! Could be very handy :) love the photo, what a lovely colour dog. Yeh go for a treat for the little people :) xxx
JJ oh I would choose a nice catch up too, the hamper will wait wont it. Good luck tomorrow. I don't know what sort of a world we are living in when somebody who suffers like you has to have a esa tribunal. Fingers crossed it goes smoothly and doesn't cause you any added stress xxx
Cup of chai are you a happy bunny? :) yay xxx
Quidsy my thoughts exactly, I'm going to enjoy December. I'm a little unnerved to be totally honest, I've never ever been this organised. I feel like something is bound to put a spanner in the works! X
Freespirit Oooh well definitely tomorrow, I insist ha. How've you been today. Did you follow the flyladys kitchen list today? I've had a really quite peculiar day. Weigh this morning and I'd stayed the same (delighted after last weeks piggery) Did a few jobs and then went to DDs whilst she did my nails. DGD2 and I watched the nativity while DD busied away :) Only half way through the film but I'm loving it. Came home had lunch with DH who isn't so good today and he slept most of the afternoon on and off till 8pm so got nothing done really but my nails are fab. BFF and I are going to see Swan Lake on Thursday wooo hooo. She loves it, I'm going with an open mind, for the experience and of course because BFF loves it. Get me finding culture at 49 ha xxx

Had some bad news tho today, DSs best friend who also calls me Mum hasn't been very well. Well you know how bossy I am. Made him an appointment at drs last week as I was getting worried wasn't shaking the virus off etc etc. the short story is - hospital, tests etc diagnosed with a serious heart condition :( looks like his kidneys are failing too. He's a wonderful lad, a huge 17st gentle giant and it's hit him like a tonne of bricks. DS is very upset (and angry that he's so far away) A few more tests this week as an outpatient and then the consultant so we will know more. If anybody had a spare prayer and all round healing vibe we'd be very grateful. Night night xxx
