Ok so I have been very very naughty and ordered another xmas pressie for dd6. Amazon have fijits for £19.99!
Have set recorder for movie24 xmas movies again this weekend!
Been into town and very excited to see bits of christmas popping up in all the shops! Didnt actually buy anything but had fun browsing and dropping hints to dh!
The works have 3 for £5 on a huge selection of books and many of these are xmas themed
Wilkos have loads of xmas bits in, love the little plastic baths (£1.50) that you can fill with there pick and mix bath smellies etc.
Boots christmas shop was dissapointing (or my local store was anyway) just 2 aisles so far!
Dh back at work tomorrow so I am going to do some baking with kids and wrap some more pressies.
Oh, managed to feed my polar bear obsession whilst we were in skegvegas last week, dh brought me a beautiful fluffy polar bear fleece blanket and some polar bear slippers! It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.0 -

Primark annoyingly have hardly anything on their website. But if you follow them/like them/whatever it is on Facebook they post pics most days of some of their new stuff.
Just finished the new Bridget Jones book, it has some really nice Christmas bits throughout it. (And is really funny and sad and brilliant.):rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf:0 -
Im shattered.
All day spent cleaning etc, then I went out with the kids whilst DH waited in for buyers. He said all went well so am hopeful.
Then went to see pics. They were nice and we felt obliged to buy really. Therefore shopping budget is now having to be watched very very very carefully.
Think have decided on Nordic for dining room in new house and red and gold for lounge. We will see when we get in there. Anyway, am enjoying watching the websites for bits n bobs x0 -

Is this the one where mr darcy has died between books? I just can't bear the thought of it. Pathetic eh. I heard it on the radio on the way to work and I felt sooo sad!0 -

If it's any consolation, we were also out looking for deer early this morning but didn't see as many as hoped. We went on a guided walk at Ashridge (National Trust estate), specifically to see their fallow deer and the rut. They took us to a particular spot where they apparently always congregate to rut every morning but of course sods law meant that today they were feeling shy and stayed away! Typical!
We did see quite a few deer from a distance but unfortunately not as many as expected and no rutting to be seen/heard at all. I'm sure they were watching us from really closeby, hiding behind the trees, just waiting for us to leave before they all sprung into action. They're probably still laughing at us silly camera-laden humans right now!
Richmond Park is a brilliant place to see deer though. Hopefully you'll catch them next time.0 -

Sadly so.
Those bits of the book made me cry. But somehow it still manages to be a really fun, brilliant book. Cannot wait for the film. (Which Colin Firth is still going to be in, yay!):rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf:0 -
