Linky our posts must have crossed this afternoon. Wow you have been busy again, really don't know how you manage to fit it all in. Think you have made a good decision and it'll give you something to plan for next year :) Half the reason I've not ordered Kirsty's book- I've that many things I've wanted to do for the last couple of years and have got around to it, this is the year I will tho, specially with you keeping me on my toes task wise. Thank you :) xxx
Thanks for the kind words about the cakes, really enjoyed doing them, Sod's law hah when I've been put out to pasture :) xxx
Alja my pleasure :) I'm really pleased for you. Hope the shops aren't too busy tomorrow afternoon for you, the thing is they'll be far worse in weeks to come wont they? Is tomorrow your charity shop day too? xxx
Pateroo I'm a sucker for baking bits and bobs, now I'm going to have to peep on the sainsburys site haha thank you xxx

Pixitotts hi, welcome to our little haven full of Christmas spirit. That hall really is amazing isn't it ?
Rebel Hedgehog It's good to have you posting more often :) I love your input. I decorate my kitchen too, for the same reason, I spend a lot of time in there :) I have baubles tied with ribbon (all matching kitchen colours) tied to the kitchen unit handles, bowls (like fish bowls) filled with baubles and fairy lights and last year I had a piece of dowel up at the window which I hung baubles with fishing wire string - I loved that xxx
Lalagomay I blame Nigella too, wouldn't have it any other way :) x
Mrs Hayes so pleased DSs parents evening went well, it's reassuring isn't it :) You are going to be busy, that's a long day tomorrow. Hopefully you'll get chance to relax on Sunday xxx
Peppapig I'm not quite sure it's legal but as the saying goes "what you hear on the thread stays on the thread" nudge nudge wink wink xxx
MKGIRL thank you so much for the photos. I'm loving it. I've got a primark list running now and I know exactly what I'm looking for. You are a treasure :) x
Picnmix argh I'm so sorry to hear you are having a tough time. Sending virtual gentle hugs, specially for you DD. Yes some people are just horrid :( Hoping the bossy madam is dealt with very soon! xxx
Weeclick I'm glad things are picking up work wise :) Im off to browse the studio site now. Sadly can't buy anything yet but I can do a wish list :) xxx

Can put a photo up if someone tells me the best way to do it via tablet lol

Forgot to buy the ingredients for mincemeat muffins yesterday, but had the ingredients for the mincemeat flapjack in the house, so trialling those today. They're in the oven now and my mum and her boyfriend are coming over for a BBQ later, so will get their opinion on them. Didn't have rum or brandy, so added calvados. :) They smell lovely! ;)

Ameyturtle, what would you recommend for two children ages 1 & 7, they had the wand last year. It's for the xmas eve hamper so nothing glittery please was hoping for something relaxing perhaps! Hope you're feeling a bit better?

I would totally go with Christmas eve bubble bar it's one of my absolute favourites, or even a luxury lush pud it's the fragrance of twilight but with no glitter. But I have a hunch you are bubble fans so Christmas eve. ;)
  • you made me look:j, i need a penguin i have a teen boy who has to have a bath bomb every year in his stocking and he loves penguins so hell be happy.
ive had to tell him they are to use, hes been stashing them in his undie drawer as he says they make his stuff smell good. i found the last 2 years bombs hiding there.

the vegan lip tint as well as snow fairy will be in DD2 stocking.

ive got the dregs of a retro lush potion lotion in my cupboard ive just been for a sniff, it smells like bottled christmas to me.
i should just use it up but i dont know if its still made and i adore the smell. answers appreciated on that one amey:D

We have the scent in the lotion online only and hopefully we will be getting some Christmas retro that will I hope have ruby red slippers which is a bubble bar with the same scent, I wonder though if you would like the smell of hottie massage bar, it's ginger and black pepper and is super good for aches and pains it's my favourite massage bar, you could also cut it up and use it as a bath melt.

Sorry I talk to much and can't figure out multi quote on the kindle

snugglebunny8- thanks for the yankee tip. I ordered 1 Christmas cupcake and 1 Christmas tree.

fab!! you are very welcome, hope anyone who wanted them gets what they want - I love Christmas Cupcake, its quite similar to Vanilla Cupcake which is my favourite, I then remembered I got a medium CC jar in the Boxing Day sales half price in HOF so now I have 2! but as I could happily burn it all year I can live with that! :D
ALJA great news honery, good on you!!:j
