It is possible to set it up so that participants can invite other participants, so the group organiser does not need to have the names and email addresses of all the participants.
My only worry is that we wouldn't be able to swap addresses through thereAnd as lovely as it would be to have a festive meet up, I don't think it would be practical as we're all over the country - so would need to post the gifts
I am very impressed with the Lakeland order. I paid online Sunday and got a text today to say it had arrived in store. Despite loving every single item they sell, I am too cheap to have ever visited Lakeland, so it was an absolute pleasure to go in and browseI know they are quite pricey, but my word what a shopping experience! Every time a customer joined the queue a new shop assistant appeared and opened a till! They even had a seating area (presumably for the men folk) with earphones to stop none interested shopping parties entertained! So I am very pleased with my gingerbread house cutters

Well it was a day and a half today. After some calls to Child Tax Credit and a few choice words, I've been informed that i am no longer entitled to credits. A whole £118 a week dent in my income. I am going to appeal once I have the decision in writing but accepting they are correct and if anything does come my way at a later date it will be a bonus.
So tomorrow I am off out to buy a nice new notebook so I can write lists till one's heart's content.
How sad am I that I am actually looking forward to it!! I will be sorting the freezer and making meal planners with everything I have at the moment. Budgeting the bills etc but priorities are a must and I will start with dear Linky's countdown.0 -

If you can't claim CTC find out if ds came claim ESA. It's about the same amount you have lost. xxx0 -

I cannot as I am still in receipt of Child Benefit and that oh so helpful (not) man I text you about earlier told me if I give up my CB for Ds to claim anything it will be classed as fraud!!0 -
Mojoworking - sorry you're struggling at the moment, keep coming on here and hopefully it will help. xx
susan I hope you're ok after falling down the stairs, I bet that was a bit of a shock! Hopefully you are feeling better now.
freespirit that was such a kind thing for your son to do, I'm so glad he got the job, hopefully everything will work out fine for him. Flippin' people taking ages to come out for your blocked drain - they wouldn't put up with it in their house!
noodles thanks for letting me know about the cat stockings not being out yet.
murie I do hope your vertigo clears up soon!
ALJA great idea about the stockings for your parents! You and OMO have inspired me, I was struggling with what to get for my Grandma and it made me think that I bet it's been years and years since she had a stocking, so i'm going to get her one this year and fill it with little things she likes.
Nanamia I love that wallpaper you posted - it's very bright and happy!
Hello and welcome to all newbies

I popped into Tesco last night to do some shopping and enjoyed having a nose through the festive aisle! I saw the chocolate satsumas, they were great but I was really surprised at the price, they were £2 so not excessive but as they're hollow chocolate I thought they might be a bit cheaper. Do they go on offer over time?
My Studio catalogue is like a bus - I waited ages to get one and two turned up!!
Well we had a tiny bit of drama tonight, the inner glass panel on our main oven exploded! I was on my way home when it happened but it gave my DH a fright, he said it sounded like a gun shot! So that's a real pain, there's loads of glass inside the oven, we're waiting until tomorrow to clean it up as it was still really hot. We looked up the make and model of our oven online and apparently it's really common, loads of people saying it's happened to them every year since they've had it! It was already here when we moved in, so we're thinking of buying a new one, I don't want to keep replacing it and then wondering when it might happen next. The only thing we're worried about is that it's inbuilt with cupboards around it, we're hoping that it's not bespoke and we can just get another one to fit in. Here's hoping!0 -

I must say I did expect them to be cheaper too! I guess they feel they can get away with that price as they're quite unusual? I hope they go on offer soon0
