Hi all, hope everybody is well. Sending christmassy vibes to everyone
OMO you are a wonderfully kind person. Not many people would drive 3 HOURS! for a cake, and decorate cars etc for somebody who seems to have been a little thoughtless. Would you think she may be feeling a little guilty now?
FEISTY FIDGET your makes are lovely so please dont get disheartened.
PINKNFLUFFY that is not fair on you, if it is the same reoffenders just ask them for a deposit when they book. You can always introduce the policy that once a client has to give 24 hours notice or a £10 charge has to be paid etc ...
FREESPIRIT hope your son gets on well with his interview
NANAMIA your daughters tea party sounds lovely, hope the weather is nice for you. My husband suffered from panic attacks during a very stressful time in his life. He had 2 attacks and each time we had to call an ambulance and he was taken to hospital. They can be very frightening. Hope you are all ok
HANLEY oh you poor thing, maybe if you explain what has happened and take it back to the same shop they may be able to put a new glass in the frame for you?( dont know if that is possible but just an idea?)
CHRISSY good luck with your daughters move
MANDCO them organza bags sound fab x elf tactics are what Im currently working on too
Have already got a christmas planning folder but have started work on my little christmas shopping book that can be put in my bag. I have already listed the special christmas cards in it that we need. This year we are starting a new tradition my brother and sister in law do. They buy a large special card each for themselves and their 2 kids and write a special message in it each year until they run out of spaxe. They usually last them around 7/8 years. They try and write about any special events that have happened during the year in the yearly message in the card and they have great fun rereading the messages every year. They also save the cards in their memory boxes. Its better than throwing the cards every year like I do. So far I have got a large wife and a large daughter cards. I need husband, brother, son, and a mum and dad one for the kids to write in for us.xx0 -

Just booked tickets to see santa at his grotto at Ruxley manor Swanley, this is THE best grotto I have ever been to, it is a full hour experience, walking through a winter wonderland with dancing penguins, elves in sleighs & real life santas elfs to guide you though, the kids make cards, write christmas list & post them to sants, make raindeer magic dust & food & sing a special christmas song then a visit with santa in his sitting room where individual presents for each child drops down his chimney, parents also get a gift, last 2 years were lovely seasonal pot plants. it is well worth the cost, 9.99 for kids, 3 for adults.
My son has been every year since he was a baby (6now) & he still finds it magical. The down side is it sells out quickly, hence the early release of tickets but at least it is done :xmassmileI don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

You are not an intruderyou are one of us :j
Well I haven't gone to the wedding reception. I have to much to do here. And I fell asleep earlier, which has put me behind.
I won't know anyone there anyway, so I doubt I will be that missed.
I expect my Dad will realise at about 7 tonight he hasn't spotted mr there and phone, but I will tell him I feel asleep at 2.30 and didn't wake up until 5, by which time it was too late to get ready and drive over there. (Which is only a very little white lie).0 -

Feel free to post when you like (I'll admit to not being able to keep up with everything either!) and I don't think that watching a film today would be peaking too early.... more like extending the magic for longerespecially if you're not feeling very well.

I second that Mrs-Moneypenny - I think my memory must be awful and I really admire the regulars on here who can keep up with everything. I think I can and then by the time I've signed in to post I've completely forgotten who has posted what. I love reading though and do get lots of inspiration and encouragement from all the lovely posts so thank you everyone.
Feisty - sorry to hear the craft fair didn't go well. I think your things are lovely, especially the paper cuts which are amazing, and I'm sure everyone else who sees them does too but I think it's either that people just don't have the spare cash at the moment, or they are crafting themselves too so decide to have a go and make things themselves (not sure this would apply to the paper cuts though) or finally they're like me and have just run out of space for more things are decluttering rather than buying. I love to look around the gorgeous little gifty type shops that you see but must confess that although I love lots of things I very rarely buy anything now for the reasons above. It definitely isn't your stock though, your stuff is great.
Back to lurkdom for a while nowIt's the most wonderful timeof the year :0
