CHRISSYG what a strange thing to happen with Studio. I've heard a lot of people say they can't get a cash account so perhaps they only offer this if people apply and don't get the credit account? Seems a bit strange though! Have they got this year's Christmas catalogue out now?


yes the christmas book is out , ive placed an order for a few things dd saw , this year im waaaaaaaay behind im usually almost finished by now but the unexpected house move caught us on the hop.

Thanks Feisty for the my fitness tip. Specialist seemed to think that rearranging / reducing his carbs would be the best first step so we are giving that a whirl. I feel so sorry for DH, his weight and BMI are within healthy range and yet he's still having problems! Today he's had the heart monitor on, Monday the results will be in and we will see what that brings.Glad your DHs spirits are up bless him he's had a right old time hasn't he:( Im glad the proposed move won't make much difference in travel time to the hospital, I know I sound a right worry wart but these things are important xxx

Rebel I always find it really quite strange that the evenings start drawing in now when we've not even had our summer! Gets me every year ha. So it does seem only fitting that we should crank up the pace and change the name Maybe Tuesday and our half way mark would be perfect x

It went really well with the EA , The house move caught us on the hop so theres a load of diy to do but she reckens to get the price we want we only have to do 2 things and if we use their solicitors the EPC is free .
we need to get it on the market asap as paying rent and mortgage is killing us !

Hope everyone has a good day, got to do a blitz on cleaning, then get my hair cut, home to do the ironing and more cleaning and then got to go to an AGM. All awkward times as it means I can't do a complete run of things and somehow, have to find the time to cook and eat:eek:

Might be worth a peep on the Lakeland site at there reduced stuff. They have an icing turntable Freespirit reduced to £9.99 I think it was. And some moulds for chocolate makes that look very cute. I want one of everything but have restrained myself! xxx

I'm the same! Had a pedicure last year for the very first time. Was on holiday in Egypt (have family there so only costs flight plus whatever they order from here) and we went to Sharm for a week while there, I was not allowed to pay a penny so decided to treat myself to a pedicure at the hotel, but forgot how MSE they all are there and wasn't allowed. Had to wait until we got back to Alex and was allowed to then go to the beauty room in the club they are members of. Was bliss all for a bargain 40 L.E. which is about £4 and that included 100% tip!!!!!!!!!!!Staff then realised that they had been told I was not to pay so there was quite an animated argument in Arabic and I actually won!!!!!!!!


Forgot to say earlier, my first Vistaprint order arrived and I am extremely impressed, especially as it only cost me P%P. Must think about more, especially as it arrived so quickly and will probably take longer the closer we get to the big day.
