Am actually thinking I should pop back and get another one for my overflowing Lush Stash :A

They also had a plastic 3/4 drawer unit for £13.99 we always like the idea of these but never have a space big enough for it.

OMO got some cute little baskets yesterday for £2.49 and they are an ideal size I think sadly I don't have a link for those
Perfect! Thank you!! May even take a walk there next week then after work (YUP walk another 3 miles lol) They are just the very thing I was talking to bf about today as Ive only got 2 and managed to fill one this afternoon with gift bags, cards, tissue paper etc for 2013! The other is already filled with personal sentimental stuff from childhood which I just refuse to put in attic loldropsofjupiter wrote: »Was just having a little look and you put me to shame! You could also print off pictures from the Internet, maybe stick one to card and make it into a jigsaw, depending on the age of your friend's daughter. The pictures could be assembled into a display book, perhaps with some printed information about the group and each individual member.
I'm sure I have seen a mug somewhere as well, but I'm not sure where. Then there are CDs of course, if she has a CD player. There might be magazines about at this time of year too.Savings Account - £0.00

Thank you all for your advice - sounds like I need the wristbands to make sure it's picking up accurately. Have just emailed the seller asking if these are in the box.
JJ I am so sorry Turbo is missingHave you recently phoned your local pounds? They were probably backlogged over Christmas and so perhaps didn't have all 'new' animals listed. Really hope he turns up, I can't even begin to imagine how upset you must be. My girls (chihuahua's) mean the world to me - they really are just like a member of the family. Sending you great big squishy hugs!
Guess what? I'm hitting the sales tomorrow! Finally, I am ever so excited[/COLOR]2024 Challenges

Hi everyone :hello:
Wow 15 pages in already! Hoping everyone had a good Christmas and hugs to those missing people they have lost, especially if this was the first Christmas without them.
Well I had a nice few days.
Christmas eve we went to my sisters and had a very loud and funny family meal of curry and rice. Niece and nephew loved their piñatas. Mum cried at her FAMILY frame with photos of us all as babies and now we are older, plus photos of her mum and dad and her wedding day.
Christmas day was quiet with just me and O/h. Had a late dinner by candle light. Things are OK here between us, just remembering to ignore the little thoughts trying to bring me down
Boxing day was spent with O/h family, bit more *ahem* sedate and quiet then my family are.
I have been back at work since the day after boxing day so haven't really looked in any sales, bought some cards for next year oh and a pair of shoes :rotfl:. Made a very nice stew with left over turkey, I went back for seconds I liked it so much.
Right going back to the start for a proper read as only glanced through, just wanted to say ChrissyG - not really sure what prompted someone to send you that horrible pm but yes you did right to report and ignore. Waste of space the are, you are a lovely person and I'm sorry your birthday didn't go as well as it could have xx13 projects in 2013 0/130 -
Hi all. I didn't really pick much up today. Was disappointed in Wilkos as they had massive reductions but everything was gone! I managed to grap a couple of shower gels and lip glosses reduced to 50p to put in my sister's hampers next Xmas but that was it. Other than that I picked up wrapping paper, curling ribbon and cards in Asda half price. Also got a One Direction T-Shirt in Sport Direct. I didn't go into Wrexham, went to Chester instead as I thought the sales would be better there. Now thinking I should have stuck to Wrexham.
DH is off out with FIL tomorrow all day so I might try to make it into town with DD and DS on the bus. Also need to sort out the living room and clear away all the toys as we are having a small party on Monday but I'll be in work all day so not a lot of time to do anything when I get home! :eek:Savings Account - £0.00

Wow that is a lot of chocolate JJ.
Good to hear from you carlamarie (have to admit to reading your name as calamari for the first few posts on 'LIS' thread, wasn't until I had to write it out to mention you that I realised it was a name and not about squid.) Makes me smile every time I see your name now :rotfl:
Thanks for starting the new thread omo. Can't wait to go through the pictures of the hampers that have been uploaded.
Seems weird that I don't have anything to craft. No piñatas to make, nothing to sew (decided I like doing this occasionally after sewing our names on stockings) nothing to do. Need a crafting hobby for the new year.
Cannot wait to start my new diary as I bought one from Wilkinson's that had the diary in one compartment and then behind that it had a book of different coloured pages with separators that I am now using for my birthday and Christmas lists and have filed in with all the previous years gifts for everyone.13 projects in 2013 0/130 -
Hi all.
omg this thread moves so fast, having trouble keeping up, but have just skimmed over, well excited to see a few of you have a fitbit, i received one for Christmas, and loving seeing all my stats. Still trying to work out how to use it properly so any advise greatfully received. Hope you don't mind weeclick will add you as a friend via your link. Not had a chance to get to the sales yet, as had mil staying over Christmas, only went home today, and she has worn me out lol. (however she is 80 and we did take her ten pin bowling, and much to our surprise, she managed to bowl very well, so glad we included her now.0 -

DD2 is ill at the minute..has been for the last 3 days - high temp/fever doc claims its viral but I am getting to the end of my whining-proof tether. You can only fill a child with so much Calpol/profen
hi
My two littlies have both had thisDS(4) had it a week before Xmas and he was so grumpy it was untrue, I wanted to strangle him
then DD started last Sunday with the fever and omg every time I sit down she has wanted to lay on me and whinge. She's perking up now but still whining a bit. I feel your pain...
I have ordered DS birthday present. He wanted some road track to go with his fireman Sam toys. I'm also going to do him one of those photo books, filled with pics of just him and his daddy. It's more of a keepsake gift but I think he'll like it (we lost my dh to cancer 13 months ago and he really misses him and talks about him a lot :A).
He's also asked me to make him a dinosaur cake, but he's being very specific. It's a white dinosaur with teeth and red eyes and three rows of spikes! I've been given lots of instructions. I have 4 weeks to get my head around how I'm going to do it. I'll need a trial run, I think...
I did plan on heading out to the sales this morning (have a list of birthday cards, DS needs shoes, and I want an embroidery hoop) but neither of the tots wanted to go out, then my mum called - my granny has passed awaynot entirely unexpected, but sad all the same. So. Have stayed indoors.
The plan is to go to church in the morning, to see if I can find out where the vicar that did the service for my DH is. My aunt has asked me to ask him if he'll do granny's service too, as he made such a lovely job.
So much going on, I feel all muddled.Bossymoo
