  • Just wanted to pop on and say that scrapbook is beautiful Reformedshopaholic and I agree with the others, I would love to receive it, such a thoughtful present and any wonkiness definitely gives it character.

And just in case chirpychick is about tomorrow - Happy birthday to her! :D

FEISTY not much more i can say, everyone has said exactly what i think, this is why i dont have contact with my mum and dad anymore, everything i wanted to do they criticised and said i was stupid to even think about these things, until one day at 35!!!!! i thought i am an adult, who can make her own decisions, but when i think of all the things i missed out on in life because i listened to them it makes me very sad, so follow your heart my lovely,

Thanks freespirit she has made amazing progress on the last two weeks on the rehab unit. She still has a long long way to go but I'm sure will come on in leaps and bounds now she's at home. She can't stand unaided and has a Zimmer to get around the house and apparently she tires very very quickly But she is home now where she belongs:) xxx

Re heat I'm just in hiding the air con in the house is brill so I've been staying there, if we go out the air con in the car is great too but apart from that I'm staying out of it. Even at night it's only dropping to 23/26 degrees!

Good luck this week feisty home you get into a routine, I'm still thinking about my quote but brain is fried!

Hope you pop in chirpy happy birthday have a fab day with DH and Franklin ( your first birthday as a Mummy) xxx

  • Thanks so much for the DS game link, have just grabbed it! Apparently it's £7.99 in game, DH gets staff discount but it would have still cost us £6, so a bargain getting it from Amazon!

I gave my first 'cheap' birthday sets - I bottled out and bought something extra to add :( I was worried the recipient would check prices online and prices were still showing as in the sale. I still came slightly under my usual budget though, so that's good :)

I think I'm allergic to the guinea pig hay :( my chest is so tight I barely got a wink of sleep last night.

Chirpy chick happy birthday Hun :)

    Morning, Happy birthday Chirpychick :j

Lovely to hear your Dsil is back home, that should help her recover much faster. Glad to hear you are still enjoying your holiday xx

Fiesty, the move out of the city sounds good. More house, for your money, and a quieter pace of life. You have plenty of time to think it all through. I'm sure you will make the right decision for you and hubby xx

In have finally bought something for next Christmas! I had been talking about the Crayola castle I had as a kid, and found they do something similar. It's a Crayola colour carousel. Ive bought it for DD1 as she loves arty things. I would have normally got it for her birthday, but this year they are getting a joined pressie of a big trampoline. Now we have the huge garden, we had said we would get one once we moved.
