After watching Kirsties Christmas earlier this year, I really want to do the markets in germany. My nan is German and to me most of the things that are important at Christmas stem from Germany[/COLOR]2024 Challenges

Hi everyone! Still here, trying to keep up, but not much time for posting at the mo.
Belated birthday greetings to Gleek and my3girls - hope you both had wonderful days x
Hugs to all having troubles with exes, sometimes the unfairness of the system makes me want to scream.
Little bit of sunshine here today, enjoy the day everyone, take care xxx0 -
Happy birthday o Gleek & my3girls! Hope you've both had a fab day.

I'm on the other end of it. Just got the forms to send back to the CSA Enforcement team to help the bailiffs identify my ex.
He owes me over £12,000.
I have just been through the enforcement and bailiff action and this is after 11 years of non payment. I stopped the claim for regular maintance once I married my husband as he took my oldest daughter on as his own and I did not need it then but CSA would not dropped the arrears, last may they took him to court and now same day every month I get the allocated amount in my bank. Only took 11 years. He owes me now around 9 grand.
on the other hand the fathers that want to pay seem to really have the p $$$ taken out of them. How does he have to pay £300 out of his £350 pound wage. hope you manage to get them to see sense Msgigglewick. she will get her karma,
Hope everyone is well, sorry have only skipped through the posts but this one I really wanted to offer my support to msgigglewick. You think you are finally on your feet and something comes along to pee on it. But I do hope it gets sorted for you Hun.'There are far better things ahead Than any we leave behind '0 -
think im still in shock of their cheek actually. Dh recorded the conversation with them, they became very withdrawn then, you could hear them watching every word they say even though they said all their calls are recorded anyway i guess they didn't like the same back to them. They are chasing up his ex today she apparently hasn't replied for 2 weeks to say that she had received money from him up until she went back to them... Im guessing she still thinks she'd be getting £600 a month HA! the amount they came out with last night is actually £301 a month for the three children. (pfft children, when one is 18 in a couple months and another whos 16 thinks hes too good for school) Once they got the guy who actually seems to be sensible on the phone he was most appoligetic, that doesn't stop it hurting or causing that much stress.. i've never known dh want to lash out like that before, infact i think last night was the first time i've ever heard him swear :O.
The sensible side of this is the longest she has this hold over us is 3 years, just 3 years, dd4 has been alive that long and its zoomed by. we can do this and with the help of the csa once they have got their act together, be it their own doing or me taking this to court with them, they will stop her having any contact with us at all.
It really is one step forward then the world says HEY how dare you be happy and whamshould be use to that really shouldn't i.
I think what annoys me is his ex has never had a missed payment in the 5 years they have been apart, dh isn't that type of person, he tried with his sons until it got very stupid and was the social services suggestion to leave them to their own dramaqueen worlds, it took him a long time to get use to the idea his own boys have turned against him. This woman has obviously realised that the csa would take more than the court order that was in place, forgetting she had to allow for the children we have here. Find people very sad who think more of money than the relationships but ho hum. ty all for listening and allowing me to babble.
Dh shuffled some savings around last night and ordered the bedroom furniture he had found on his lunch break yesterday and treated himself to a coffee maker... retail therapy at work there me thinks! So will now take two months being good from him to get those savings put back lol but nevermind it relieved some of that stress.
Oh on another note im not sure if its been mentioned but tescos have thier baylis and harding sets down to £2-£3 in store. also lots of preteen girlie sets down to 75p... also got 10 of the galaxy gift for you bars for £1.40 lol shhhh i won't tell my diet if you won'tTotally debt free wohooo 2014
