Well I am struggling with getting up so early each day and then squeezing everything else in when I'm finished at 1pm - I am extremely thankful for the work and money, but the end of April seems miles off. Fingers crossed I won't have a melt down by then![/COLOR]2024 Challenges

Had to leave work early today. Dropped DS off at school this morning and he was perfectly fine. By 10am he's covered in chicken pox! Had no idea they could spread so quick! He definitely didn't have any spots when I dressed him this morning.
Ah well I feel rough today too with a head cold so will quite enjoy snuggling on the sofa watching DVDs.Savings Account - £0.00

Hope everyone feels betterand hugs to all that need them. Hanley I hope your sons chicken pox are not to itchy for him the poor thing.
Thankyou everyone for your kind words I'm feeling so much better. I did my plan for 5 years and have also been into a local nursery and and starting volunteering there on Monday and will be doing my level 3 while doing this! I'm also going to start my driving again after my birthday and continue to look for a job. I've also decided to stop smoking tomorrow as i really don't see the point I think for me now it's just habbit.
My bf has just got a parcel in my name so I opened it forgetting he had order stuff and found my Birtthday presents ooops haha.0 -
Msgigglewick, Liz Earle has the bunny symbol on her makeup but it is pretty pricey. Holland and Barrett used to have a makeup range that wasn't tested on animals but I haven't been in one of those shops for years.Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0

Thanks for this! I am doing a chocolate hamper this year so will have a nosey.
Hi all, I seem to spend more time catching up than actually posting so I sometimes feel i'm not joining in with you all very much, but I am always here in spirit! Sending lots of strength and best wishes to those who need it.
Kayandy that's fantastic news and definitely a step in the right direction - very positive!
I have been trying to jot down a few ideas for Christmas presents so that i'm ready. My wedding is in just over 8 weeks (eeeek!) so most of my time is dedicated to all the planning and organising for that. I am doing my own flower arrangements so I need to decorate lots of jam jars for the tables! I'm also making marmalade and onion chutney favours so lots of bits and pieces to get ready for that too. Plus a whole long list of things to do that I won't even go in to! I thought if I jotted down some ideas for Christmas presents now then I could get started in earnest when I come back from honeymoon at the end of April.0 -

I love this brand! I think the quality is good; I'm allergic to most make up, hate having to pay out only to find I can't wear it - but this stuff is fab, and best of all most products are only £1 :T
FYI most of superdrugs own brand bits aren't tested on animals
Nana, I am setting up store to raise money for CDH Saturday so am pretty manic at the momentOrders are slowly creeping in too so that will fill up a lot of my time (I am ecstatic about this). I'm trying to put the work away by 8pm at night, but it's proving tricky
Kayandy, well done for the plan of action :T hope those pressies are nice
Hanley your poor DSI had no idea they could spread that quickly either!
Princesskitty, I remember the last few weeks until my wedding well - it was a nightmare! So extending all of my sympathies, if you need a hand with anything please let me knowI wish I had my cutting machine when we got married - we used personalized candle holders as name settings and I had to do them all by hand. If I could have cut the names from vinyl like I can know, it would have saved so much time!
