  • I may have under estimated just how emotionally exhausting packing up the shop was going to be :( We have no space to store it, other than giving it away we aren't going to be able to shift furniture (listed at 75% off and still no takers) I would just like it all to be over now please.

In fact, I may even sell the bloody place for a few hundred just to get shot!

Hope everyone is well and had a good weekend x

oh NANAMIA i have had the most wonderful time thankyou, and you are right i am shattered, we havent stopped walking, which is a shock to my body  the only bad thing was my b****y trapped nerve played up really bad, but DD1 just kept plonking me in Costa or Starbucks :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:the market was really good, its the 5th one i have been to and it had different stalls than the others which was nice, its a big one quite spaced out, but it was lovely, really busy but we got to see every stall no pushing and shoving to get near anything, with a really nice atmosphere, it did pour for the first bit, we got soaked so we went and had something to eat, and when we came out it had stopped and was much nicer to walk round. Then we went back to hotel and put hair and face masks on :) then today we had a bit of a lay in and went shopping in the Bull Ring and naughty DD1 had been saving up and treated me to new make up, perfume and a cardi, i was thoroughly spoiled then we had lunch and made our way home, the hotel was right central to everything so that was great. I feel like i have had a good break. Need to catch up on here now, might do it in the morning i can hardly keep my eyes open, hope you had a lovely time at the panto, what did DGD2 think of it?

Aww I'm so pleased. It sounds fab :) DD1 is a real credit and of course DS arranging to look after the dog. You deserve to be spoilt rotten, hope you are going to have a couple of lazy days now to catch up. Don't want you burning yourself out before the main event xxx

The panto was brilliant. We loved every minute of it. DGD2 was shouting out and singing. We had a great time, stopped for costa on the way back too very festive. This morning I went to the dress rehearsal of dear next door neighbours middle one who is six. She was amazing, made me cry of course, she was the donkey who narrated the play and had a few solo songs too. She sat bolt upright and looked most professional :) Watch out xfactor. They three children are all adorable, see blessed again xxx

Night night sleep well, I will catch up with you tomorrow xxx

  • JJ oh, no! don't cry, just get some sleep! keep that shunt shunting and stay well, we will make up the words so don't worry. You are an inspiration to many of us, I know, as an oldie, I often think that if the young ones are as courageous and as positive as you, our planet will be in safe hands.xx
Nanamia glad you enjoyed the panto, (oh, yes, you did!)
Feisty, let it go, enjoy your hubby, and remember your resolution.
This time next year you will have almost forgotten it all. Giant hugs and stuff to you, wish l could help.
Yes, Nanamia the countdown has begun, in 3 days they will be here and l will be soooooooooo excited!!!!!!! Oh, DS1 announced on Skype that he has stopped eating meat, rather threw me, l will have to rewrite the cookery script, and adjust the quantity volume!
Off to get DGS up for school, it is his carol performance this afternoon, tears all round, frozen to face in the cold cold cold church!
I will take my hottie bottle.

    Xmas Saver!
It's the first Tuesday I have had off work for like ever !!! Not counting my one weeks holiday in the summer and one week at Christmas.

So my first Tuesday at home to do want I please and I can't be bothered to do anything. I had all these plans and here I am still in my PJs. The dog is just looking at me because we had normally had our morning walk by now.

My head is telling me to get cracking but my body isn't co-operating.

I have a list of things I was going to do and it's not getting any shorter. :(
