05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

Help! I ordered £42 worth of stuff, my order is still 'in progress' but today I've had £15 taken from my bank account by Matalan. Does this mean I'm only getting a couple of items on my order? Or might they take more later? Has anyone had this?0

When I was in store at Matalan yesterday afternoon they were collecting up a lot of the sale stuff on rails and wheeling it out to the stockroom, especially kids stuff. It was already 50% off so maybe they were reducing it further?Yesterday is today's memories, tomorrow is today's dreams

They've probably cancelled part of ur order.. I've had an email saying half of mine has been cancelled...0 -
They usually reduce further after new year, sometimes 2nd January sometimes 3rd. Today sa said it will be in fortnight.0

Thanks. No e-mail yet either way, but I realised earlier that it might have been because I paid through Paypal and had some Paypal balance, so it probably took that and the the remainder from my account. ETA I just called their customer services line and a very helpful and nice lady was able to tell me my order is currently being packed and should be collected today and delivered on the 3rd Property buying/selling timeline - currently into week 21
