Matalan half price sale!

I am the opposite from most! My Calvin Kline pants have gone to half price then with the code I got a further 20% off. So £40 instead of £45. Hoverever I added socks that were not in the sale and got 20% off them too.

Guess I will be returning my first order when I pick it up!

I have just received an email regarding my order. One of the items is out of stock so I have been refunded for the item and the rest of the order has been dispatched. However, from looking at that email they have charged full price instead of half price with the code. Can they take more money from my debit card as it did accept the code and the confirmation email and order status on my account did show the discount and what I paid.

no check again, last vip sale i has 2 item refunded at full price when not in stock even though i was charged half!...result!

i got one of those emails too, lists everything at full price then down bottom shows black card sale discount.

The item is only a roll of wrapping paper which I paid 25p for but according to the email they have refunded £1.50 and the rest of my order is showing at full price so the total is double to what my confirmation email states. I will have to get a mini statement in a few days time to check how much has actually been taken.

The refunded item shows quantity (1) £0.50 , then further down the email is states: Total cost for partly completed lines (inc VAT): £1.50

If you read below the list it says that this is the full prices and real discounts are shown in your order email. I had the same
