Just an update ..... i have been arguing with them for weeks now but they maintain as he was behind he will always be to blame regardless of my witness statement(even though they havent contacted him)
Having gone back to the road the accidnt was on the junction that the van was turning at was a considerable distance up the road from the accisent but they say it doesnt matter she breaked and he hit her ...... so i have given up the arguement
AT LEAST I KNOW THE TRUTH
oh and i still waiting for my car to return and they have had it almost a month and still no date to return it to me. No courtesy car as that has expired .. one expensive christmasDEBT FREE and not looking backTouring Caravan owner - my home from home

Yes this is why all of our policy premiums are going up up and away. Unfortunately you can't really disprove whether anyone has the symptoms of whiplash and so just have to go with it I'm afraid.0
