I have a car so I am taking staff home. They don't start the same time as me so they have to walk/bike/get a lift/whatever. company will not pay for a taxi.

hi, i have only just seen this thread.. and up until now, i thought i had it hard having to be in over this time of year, i was working christmas eve, off yesterday (christmas day), in today, tomorrow and friday. but compared to those working in emergency teams in hospitals and call outs, i have it easy...hats off to them all, they do an excellent job , well done to them all........now if only they got paid 10% of what these footballers earn, what a difference that would make to them..
Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.

no, thank gawd, i have the works van..if i needed taxi's, it would eat up what i earn, being on just flat money all year round, and the taxi's at double rate, and then expecting a tip.. ha ha no thanks, if i didn't have the works van i would rather walk

We don't pay, most are patient mini van/bus that take people depending on area.
