I'm working all next week except Xmas/Boxing Day. We're down to 1/3 capacity on the team that week although I think the stockmarkets will be quiet, and I'll probably be out of there by mid-afternoon each day when my NY colleagues are in. I've got 2 weeks off from 31st Dec so don't mind covering the Xmas period for the parents in the office. Haven't had a Christmas off in 20+ years."Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
I actually think more and more people would prefer to work and make a bit of money over the Holidays, last year on xmas Day, most Businesses on my main road were open, including McDonalds!! i had a peek in, and there was actually a queue inside!!0

Was only supposed to be working the Friday, but as the firm I work for realised they were 2 months behind with supplying customers, I will be in Monday as well.Never Knowingly Understood.
