All local councils offer electrical kit recycling - it should not go to landfill. Just ask them where to drop it off!
They do but that would have cost me in petrol. It was Virgin who told me to put it in the bin. I had cancelled their services due to a price hike so wasn't going to spend my money on it either. This was Virgin's equipment and as far as I was concerned, they could take it back.0
