I took a few photos of a van + trailer (it was carrying a modified Jag racing car) parked completely on the footpath a few weeks ago and emailed them to the West Mids Police's enquiry email and asked if it was illegally parked.

The officer who replied told me it was illegally parked and was getting in touch with the owner/registered keeper about it.
