The most awful ebay seller is threatening a County Court Summons

3 weeks ago I bought 2 identical items from the same seller on buy it nows on Ebay. I went through checkout and PAID IN FULL! The following day I purchased a different item from the seller, again on BIN and again paid in full. NO problems as yet.
The day after ordering the second item I received a message from the seller saying "I'm sorry but this item is out of stock so I have refunded you!" so I sent a message back saying "Oh well, I still look forward to receiving the other 2 items!" and left it at that.
4 days AFTER receiving the last message I got another email saying "I'm sorry but this item is out of stock, I have refunded you!" I didn't bother replying, I just went back to ebay to search for the refunded items so I could purchase them elsewhere. This is where things get bad!
On searching for the items again I found that the seller had relisted the items I had bought and paid for ON THE SAME DAY HE'D REFUNDED ME but had increased the price on all his listings. I reported him to ebay and left negative feedback, as was my right according to ebay live chat (I have transcripts.) Judging by his feedback I was the fifth person to complain to ebay in the same week because he'd refunded lots of people then increased his prices.
Yesterday morning I awoke to a bunch of abusive emails from the ebay seller calling me nasty, evil, vicious and a request from ebay to cancel my purchase. Now I've been faced with this before so I refused to cancel the purchase knowing that he just wanted his negative feedback removed. I then received another email from ebay asking me to cancel purchases because, and I'm copying and pasting this bit.....
"This case has been opened by the seller for the following reason: Other.
Additional information provided by the seller: ABUSIVE CUSTOMER: This customer was nasty, abusive and threatening, and so I refunded her order as
she is a poor example of a typical Ebay customer. I recommend her account is closed, and she is never
allowed to operate on Ebay again. Her non-acceptance for cancellation of this request will prove the
above case, and so a manual adjustment via Ebay customer services will be made to close this case and
then this evidence will be used to close her account."
And it doesn't end there. In his feedback to me he calls me "nasty and vicious, a genuinely perfect example of nastiness!"
So, fast forward to this morning and I have yet another request to cancel a sale which again, I refused, and this is what comes from him next!
"IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Failure to ACCEPT the CANCEL TRANSACTION request for this transaction will result in you being sent a COUNTY COURT SUMMONS for the fees and charges associated with your purchase.
The costs for this SUMMONS will also be included,
Ebay will be pleased to confirm this.
I fully intend to sue you if you do not agree to do this, especially after your negative feedback. I therefore look forward to your response."
My husband responded that we'd be happy to answer a county court summons and that we are aware that this is just a ploy to have negative feedback removed and I won't roll over and the nasty pig (THAT is the nastiest thing I've said about him so far btw) responded with this....
"Dear Customer,
I will be more than happy to see you in Court.
You will receive a summons in the next 21 days, and the proceedings will take place at Oxford County Court.
I’m sure I will see you there.
I should add, non-appearance will count against your case.
Kind regards,
PS: The beauty of having both studied and practiced civil law is you do not need to inform me what libel is. I am more than aware.
This is why I will enjoy this so much."
So anyone, I've already complained to ebay who don't seem to think that threats, intimidation, slander, lies and poor selling techniques are a good enough reason to stop the awful man from trading again, what can I do to stop the man from tormenting me any further without deleting my ebay account?
I shall copy and paste the last message I sent to him before all this kicked off, I'll let you decide if I've been abusive, violent, intimidating or have broken any other rules.
"HI Haydn and thanks for getting back to me. I'm gutted about this but you have to be commended for refunding me before I even noticed your messages :-) Thank you for being upfront, there aren't many on here as honest. I still look forward to receiving my spacers and you never know, I might be back again soon :-) Sorry about the answerphone message, seems my bedroom isn't a good place for reception in this house at the moment lol."
I sent that message before he informed me of the cancellation of the first order I made but after he'd refunded me for my second order. Have I made sense?
I can't get in touch with ebay live help, by performing the actions he has I'm unable to find any link to customer services regarding this hideous man's actions.
Any advice please folks? I don't want to be getting up to abusive emails all week. I'm not clued up on what to do about a County Court Summons but if it did come down to a trip to Oxford, we'll enjoy the drive down there, my father in law who's worked in a courtroom for the past 40 years would represent me so we'll take him and the mother in law out for a nice lunch while taking in the scenery, I've never been to Oxford before lol.

Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

There won't be a summons. Why do I never get sellers like this? I would wind him up until the top of his head blew off.
Ignore the emails, he will get bored. And he won't last long as a seller.0 -

I think the pillock might find that if he issued proceedings you'd first of all receive a Claim Form, not a summons - a hearing would be way down the line. Surely if he practiced or studied law he might know that....oh, wait....0

At first glance, I concluded this seller would have to be crazy to take this case to a County Court:
A]. Because it'll get kicked out
B]. Wasting the Court's time is going to provoke a good kicking (in the metaphorical sense) for the person who brought the case.
But this lunatic seller might just be crazy enough to try! If he does turn out to be that crazy, If were Screamer, I think I'd consider pursuing a counter case, for taking time off work and travel expenses, which the court might well look favourably on... particularly after having their time wasted by the idiot you have brought the case against!

OP his feedback left for you can and should be removed as its a false positive.
I'd give eBay a call, be firm and polite, tell them you want the feedback he has left removed and you want something done about his threats.0
