Awful BA experience advice please

Where did I post that its the airlines fault my passport has an error? I wasn't happy with the treatment I received from a company that prides itself on customer service! They have admitted the whole thing was handled wrong, procedures not followed etc - let's see what the investigation brings
That part of your complaint was never clear to me. You had the improper travel documentation and you were told so at the airport. That sucks big time but it's not poor customer service or treatment, unless you think that poor customer treatment equates with "didn't give me what I wanted" or if you expected a horde of BA employees to express how upset they were on your behalf. The only "evidence" there is of poor treatment comes from you enhancing the story by adding on negatively loaded and subjective adjectives ("cold", "rude" "rascist"). If someone were to weed out all the subjective add-ons and focus on what *factually* happened and what you were told, there seems to me to little grounds for complaint against BA. You said that the typo wasn't BA's fault but that "the rest of it is". Trouble is the rest of it isn't very much, yet it seems to the thing you're upset about the most.0 -
I was told previously I wouldn't get my money back and I have! I'm chasing BA for my treatment plain and simple!
I may claim? Should I get any joy I shall provide proof same if it goes the other way!
did you mention before that you'd had a full refund from BA for the flight you missed? When did you get that? That seems very generous of BA, considering they weren't to blame in the first place. Would that count as compensation to the passport agency, and therefore negate any claim you made to the passport agency?0 -
If I was you I'd be grateful that it was BA who picked the error up and not a US Customs and Border Protection officer. Some of your posts give me the impression they may not have taken a liking to you0

I travel to the US 2-3 times a year and have been lucky that it has never happened me to but several friends, even those who travel to the US regularly, have been stopped. One was kept waiting for 6 hours in a locked room and was then was let go without a word of explanation or apology. At least they didn't get the "latex glove" experience.0 -

Wonder what happens to people who have a genuine latex allergy.0
