Thanks for all the links.

Managed to swap my smashed glasses for some smaller ones in the same range, which were the same price online when I bought the larger ones. They wanted to sell the smaller ones to me at a higher price because the instore price was higher, but I stood my ground!!

And thanks for sale and discount info - I've now bought the glasses online as well as they're half price plus an additional 10% off!

I work for Hermes and we barely get any broken stuff unless its from Debenhams. I think its an issue at Debenhams warehouses and also because they are rubbish at packaging!
