That is dreadful OP, having similar traumas with marksys and shoddy non delivery. It is outrageous given the current high street stores supposed drop in sales that customers are treated this way so close to Christmas, just what are people meant to do? I know that the actual stores can't be held responsible for rubbishy delivery people but where has the old saying 'the customer is always right' gone and a bit of recompense along side sorting these things out gone? If you can't offer basic 'you buy, I send' service then flipping well don't! Sorry for personal rant but after having thought my own Christmas pressies were sorted and now it being too late to go to contingencies, I am a bit sore!

My package was thrown over my gate, late one night, it was out all night. Complained to customer services who are contacting courier. Needless to say my feedback wasnt complimentary on the email they asked me to fill in.

A shame as I had no problem with the site or the speed of delivery

i ordered clarks shoes online with discount code great shoes but big for me even though i normally get size 6 in clarks. do you think if i went to clarks stand store and ask for an exchange they will do it for me even though i bought it from debenhams online?

no point asking debenhams CS as they are rubbish in my opinion just like vodafone. sorry, early rant. over.

Never had a problem with our Hermes delivery person,used to be Debenhams dragging their heels,but seem much better of late.

Ordered a couple things, but think I will go back when the discounts get to 70% as they usually do.

Debenhams are usually good at packing things well for me, lots of bubble wrap, but I was surprised to get some chocolate boxes sent without any protection last week.
