    Morning all,

Beth sorry to hear about your dear friend x

Jools thinking of you all xx

Went to bed at 9 last night and slept right through till 7.30 this morning, only got up to take some pain killers for my throat, which is still raw, and my nose is streaming, still would much rather have it this week than next.

Might have an easy day today, need to drop dd at work at 10, then might nip to the local shop for olive oil and cheese, also need some nut crackers, but might have to go into town for those another day.
Will then come home and have a quick tidy through and then have an afternoon watching films on the sofa :D, need to beat this cold.

We have has three power cuts this morning, hope there is no more today.

Sausage bacon egg and chips for dinner, so no real effort there.

    Have good days all xx

I need to sort buffet food for Christmas Eve but can't get my brain into gear. I'm stressing about silly things that a normal person wouldn't think twice about :o So a day off today, stress tomorrow then wake up on saturday thinking the world is wonderful :D

    Morning all,

Betheebee so sorry to hear of your friend. Thinking of you.

Molly we had to syringe feed our two chinchillas after they had surgery on their teeth. However, it was evident soon after the surgery that one of them (Mitzi) wasnt going to get through the anaesthetic. Rodents particularly dont cope with anaesthetic well we were told and if your little one has got this far i think he is in for a fighting chance. Syringe feeding was difficult i wont deny but for me it was little and often. I found it easier if someone else held him whilst i syringed him as i couldnt hold him and aim for his mouth at the same time (my hands werent big enough). Hope he feels better soon.

Jools thinking of your husband today. I hope theres much improvement in his health.

Me, well i need to count my blessings today as i'm feeling teary, delicate and a feeling of loss/lack of purpose is ovewhelming me.

Jobs for today.... nothing that cant wait until tomorrow.

Have a good day all :)

I feel like I can breath after an important interview at a uni in Birmingham.I was petrified that I would not get past the maths test but I got all questions right!!:j I progressed to the interview and that went well, so I have done all I can and will just have to wait and see.
Today for me is tidying up and generally odds and ends. Kids break up tomorrow, I broke up yesterday . Then organising bits for a couple of days away down south in Reading. I want to leave the house fairly tidy but older son is here so I wont hold my breath. Right better not sit on here all day so I better crack on. Hugs to anyone needing one.xxx
