I do NOT choose to be unemployed how dare you say that WE ALL think its better to have no £ , no life and no friends?

I am in my 40's and been in work since I was 16 & I know it's not fun.

Oh but I am on the WP - do you know what the Work Programme is? I bet you have no idea and only know what you see on the news!

Who is going to pay to retrain over 2.5million people? to do what jobs? The jobs I am qualified to do already or ones I have no expereince in and they will then just interview the people (who are also going to be retrained to do something else) who have the relevant experience.

    How it is personal?

You say you were once a road sweep and now work in a shop or something, easy

Yeah cleaners need training and there was a job for 20 hrs a week at a local school needing 5 years experience so there no amount of retraining would help anyone who has accounts experience to get a job as a cleaner as you still wont get the job, FACT!
