No VIP slot, but have had my credit increased to £2000?

Is it me or anyone else too?

I only buy bits and pieces throughout the year but do buy from every sale. It does say on T&C that if you don't use your slot then you won't get another slot in the next sale. It might be this.

This has happened to me. I always used to get a slot, but last Xmas we were away and I booked a slot thinking that the hotel would have wifi, so I could order from abroad. In te end I couldn't get online, and since then have not had an invite for the mid season sales or the big Summer one.

Ive not had a directory in years. They may well auto send me one next time as Ive just ordered in the last 2 weeks, but I dont wat one, why would I want to pay for a catalogue when I can look online!!

I've logged onto my account earlier and then just now but can't see anything about the sale slots. I used to get the emails but haven't had for ages unless I've been missing them but I've done a search and nothing recently. When you log into your account what does it say about the sale slots? Maybe only goes to a certain amount of people in case their site crashes if too many on although that would be the reason for the slots and, if I remember rightly, if you didn't put something in your basket in the first 10-15 minutes or whatever you would be knocked out of the sale. I think I remember you only got one hour or maybe two to complete your choices.

Excellent thank you! Even though my husband says the polar bears head looks quite like another one !! I'm going to hopefully buy one too.

it says you have to put something in your basket within 20mins or you lose out! I hope Im back from Gullivers World by 5pm!!

You don't need to put something in your basket within 20 mins of 5pm, just within 20 mins of logging for your slot, you can log in anytime within your allocated slot x

Got a slot but picked Sunday morning as I'm working Saturday all day so all the good stuff will probably be gone!

That's exactly right. I don't have the link now, but on the page on the Next web site where it lists the criteria you need to meet to get a VIP slot invite, that is one of them I'm afraid.
